The residence is designed to offer seamless indoor-outdoor integration, comprising three distinct functional areas:
Social Area – The main *palapa* houses the dining room, main kitchen, and living room. Additionally, there is a well-equipped game room strategically located on the mezzanine.
Outdoor Area – Dedicated to leisure and dining, this area includes a private pool and a fully equipped barbecue area.
Sleeping Area – The villa features four private bedrooms, ideally accommodating 12 adults (in King/Queen beds) and 6 teenagers/children (in single beds).
